All sites come with the following amenities:

  • Full hookups, including 20/30/50 Amp electric, water, and sewer connections.

  • (Coming Soon) FREE Wi-Fi connection for all guests.

  • A picnic table to enjoy outdoor meals and gatherings.

  • The Patriot General Store is a few blocks away for all of your camp store needs!

2025 Rates

Weekday (Sunday - Thursday)

$45.00 + tax

Weekend (Friday and Saturday) and/or Holiday

$55.00 + tax

Weekly Rate

$249.00 + tax 

Monthly Rate

$679.00 + tax 

Occupancy Policy

  • The rates mentioned include accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children.

  • For each additional person above the mentioned occupancy (4 individuals), a charge of $5 per person per day will apply for ages 5 and up.

  • We strictly enforce this policy due to the rise in utility costs.

  • All visitors are required to check in at the front office before entering the campground premises.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Reservation:

  • For NON-HOLIDAY WEEKENDS, a deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay is required upon making the reservation.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more prior to the arrival date will receive a refund, minus a $10.00 service fee.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks from the arrival date, a rain check will be issued for a future visit, and reservations will be required.

  • Please note that for Holiday & Event weekends, cancellations with less than 1 month's notice will not be eligible for a refund.
